Siphokazi Ngxokolo-Bili is a vocalist, creative arts practitioner, researcher, music administrator, and educator based in East London. With a career that bridges performance, education, and cultural advocacy, she has become a respected voice in South Africa’s music and arts landscape.

Her work has been featured at leading music, cultural heritage, and arts education platforms, including the Global Jazz Women Hang, the South African Society for Research in Music (SASRIM), the Jazz Camp for Female Instrumentalists (JCFI), Basadi Women in Arts, the Mandela Bay Theatre Complex Ingoma Music Conference and Exhibition, and the University of Fort Hare National Heritage and Cultural Studies Centre (Nahecs), among others.

Siphokazi has shared the stage with acclaimed national and international jazz musicians such as McCoy Mrubata, Claude Deppa, Adam Glasser, Dominic Egli, and Lulama Gaulana, affirming her place as both a collaborator and innovator in the jazz community.

Her artistry reflects a deep commitment to cultural heritage, education, and the transformative power of music.
